The second is stroke index one, back along the side of the hill. Standing on the tee , this time the fairway slopes to the right so your ball will invariably trundle down towards the semi-rough at the bottom - a draw is more than a little useful here. Next comes a tricky 2nd shot as holding your ball on this green isn't easy - some recommend you coming up short and trying to chip dead with your third. This, really, is a bit like links golf - but links golf on a mountain-top. The photo on the right shows the green looking towards Panpumpton Hill.
